How to Book a Party

First, look over the website.

Many questions are answered here. I regularly get compliments on the website because of the information and ease of use. I prefer to answer any further questions by telephone.

Second, check for an available party time.

Look at my online availability calendar by using the links found on the calendar introduction page or my home page. Be sure to look at when the calendar was last updated, you can find when the online reference calendar was last updated by the posting located on each Tuesday at 10AM. I do keep a list of people in case of cancellations and occasionally I do have something open up.

Third, Call me at 703-906-1140.

If you fail to reach me, leave a message. If I don’t get back to you within two hours please call again. It really pays to be persistent, I get overwhelmed at times throughout the year and can be hard to reach. Occasionally my voicemail box gets completely full but please keep trying.

Fourth, Call again if you have not received a response within a couple of hours.

Fifth, Call again if you have still not received a quick response.

Sixth, Send me an email. My Blackberry has helped a lot with emails.

Please include a telephone number that I can reach you at. I typically call people back from the information provided or send back short responses via my blackberry. All parties must be booked by telephone.

DO NOT ASSUME YOUR PARTY IS BOOKED BECAUSE OF YOUR EMAIL.

Email is an excellent method of sending information but does not really qualify as the necessary dialogue needed to schedule a party. When we speak by telephone I will get all the information I need to schedule your party. I will also try to answer any questions you may have at this time.

Once your party is scheduled I will update the online reference calendar to show your reserved party time when I get the opportunity. I bring the laser tag guns, game supplies and the insurance contract with me on the date of the party, you supply the party goers, the location and the refreshments.
