Sample Agreement

Tom's Outdoor Laser Tag agrees to perform laser tag party services for the Host as named below:

The laser tag party shall have a duration of approximately 2 hours with up to 20 toy laser tag guns.

TOL shall provide; a mission director, the approximate # of toy laser tag guns noted above & the misc. supplies so that the Host & guests may engage in laser tag at the time & location as noted above. Additional laser tag guns or party time may be available at an additional cost.

Participant safety is the first priority of the mission director. The mission director reserves the right to postpone or cancel any party that he deems unsafe for any reason including but not limited to the location conditions or weather conditions. The mission director will facilitate a festive occasion to the best of his ability while retaining the highest reasonable safety level for the participants.

Participant rules: No participant shall engage in any reckless behavior that may cause injury or damage to themselves, other participants, bystanders, or any property. No projectiles are to be thrown or otherwise made airborne by participants. No game-play is allowed in any area deemed unsafe or unsuitable; any activity deemed unsafe will not be allowed; participants engaging in unacceptable behavior will be required to cease participation.

The Host agrees to the following conditions: the Host agrees the TOL mission director is working under their direction & direct supervision; the Host will clearly identify any areas that are unsafe for game-play; the Host will actively assist the mission director in all matters related to the safety of party participants & bystanders; the Host understands that laser tag is an active participation sport with risks and dangers inherent to any active sport. Participation does expose the participants to injury, danger & loss; the Host assumes all risk & accepts responsibility for any & all injuries arising any laser tag game participation; the Host hereby affirms that all guests & the parent(s) or guardian(s) of all minor children participants are aware of the risks involved in participating in laser tag games & have given their permission for participation in this event.

TOL agrees to furnish the supplies & labor to the terms set forth here for the sum of $200.
